IE6 - Advanced search form date range calendar position is wrong

Description

In IE6, when you select "Specify a date range..." from the dates pulldown and then click the text entry box to invoke the calendar popup, the calendar appears on the right margin of the page.

The vertical offset seems right in IE6, but the horizontal offset is wrong. Probably a JS bug, but could also be a result of attributes set on the calendar's parent element.

The date calendar was removed due to poor Mulgara performance with date ranges. Removing from 0.9.3.
