Annotation with Competing Interest flagged as "correction" creates duplicate annotations

Description (Last modified by josowski)

Create an annotation as a "correction" and add a competing interest (CI) statement. In the admin panel, the annotation is duplicated. This also creates duplicate annotations on the article and on the comments tab. An annotation set as a "correction" by the user should only flag the first annotation, not the CI annotation.

This may have been a case of a swift acting index hitting submit too many times. Please try and replicate.

The dialogs are displayed for too long which results in a user thinking that they should click "submit" multiple times. Disable the Submit button after the first click.
