when editing a user through the admin pages, user cache is not cleared for logged in user

Description

truly a minor bug:

if a user is logged in and the admin edits their preferences and then the user goes to the edit preferences page they will see their old prefs

the user must logout and login again to see the changes.

admin user edit should clear the user cache (or regenerate) if the edited user is logged in.
